Contact requests may include your name, business contact information and enquiry. Career applications collect your name, email, optional phone, professional interests, cover note and PDF resume. Avoid including identity documents, financial account details or unrelated sensitive information in your resume.
Recruitment purposes and choices
Applications are used to assess suitability for the selected vacancy and communicate about recruitment. The separate resume-bank option allows consideration for future opportunities. Joining the bank is optional when applying for a specific job.
Access and retention
Recruitment records in this application are restricted to Super Admin users. Retention periods and deletion reviews must follow the company’s approved retention policy; contact support for the period applicable to your submission.
Your requests
To request access, correction, withdrawal of recruitment consent or deletion, contact support@automis.si with your application reference. Please do not email passwords or identity documents. The team may need to verify the request before acting.
Customer workspace data
Processing of data inside customer workspaces may be governed by a separate agreement and data processing terms. Customers should review those documents for their services, authorised users and responsibilities.
