Access and accountability
Use individual accounts, appropriate roles and approval controls. Super Admin access to recruitment records is checked on the server; resumes are downloaded through an authenticated endpoint rather than a public file URL.
Responsible administration
Review permissions regularly, remove access that is no longer needed and configure workflows according to your business requirements. Administrators should review recruitment records and retention obligations.
Compliance due diligence
Available controls do not by themselves establish compliance with every law or standard. Request current security documentation, contractual commitments and evidence relevant to your deployment before relying on a particular certification or assurance.
Report a security concern
Contact support@automis.si with “Security concern” in the subject. Describe the affected service and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ data or send credentials or exploit payloads through public forms.
Customer responsibilities
Protect endpoints and credentials, classify the information you upload and review integrations and data-sharing settings. Agree incident communication and recovery expectations in the applicable service terms.
